An individual I sold an engine to 6 months ago is demanding his money back. In June/2007 I posted an engine for sale on a public forum where the individual paid/purchased the engine from me. He received it late June/early July, and sent me a message confirming his receipt adding, "As I'm sure you know by now, the engine arrived a while ago. Looks to be all intact, thanks." 12/8 he sends me a message stating that it is the wrong engine and that he wants his money back, or he will take me to court. I still have his messages saved, but can he really take me to court over this matter? i look forward to your response. anything helps. I've never had to deal with anything like this before.
