I have problem with a title issue on a old temporary deed of trust that came up in the church I attend and now that I am a Deacon there it has surfaced again, the families that are resisting proof of correction on this issue seem to think they can have title to the property, it is a donated peice of land and building that is now worth around 750,000 at least and they are really pulling out the claws on me but the 501(c) incorporated non profit religious orginization laws seem clear that the church is owned by no one, will I have to subpeona the records to see the title and if thier names are on it
what then, one pastor has been fired over this trying to get this in order and it needs to be settled,
Sincerely

A deed of trust is a mortgage and does not convey title.

Thus, your question does not make sense.

Have a title company run a report on your property or rephrase the question so we can understand what you are talking about.
