I am a delivery driver and had a delivery at a hotel. They had a huge pothole that I hit and it shredded my tire and I will have to get me car towed and purchse a new one. The pothole was covered by water since it was raining, but was around 5 feet in diameter and almost a foot at its deepest point. I am waiting on a call from the manager, but the employee I spoke with admitted they were aware of the pothole. I could not find a lot of info online, but is the hotel obligated to pay for my costs? I am also now aware that the pothole was there for at least two months if not longer.
