I recently agreed to the purchase of a Timeshare. I have not even finished paying my down payment yet and financial problems have arose. If I cannot make the payments what will or can be the repercussions? I would like to get out of this timeshare. Can I do that without legal trouble? Any info. would help. Thanks.
