I signed a contract in Cancun, Mexico for a timeshare about 2 years ago and was not able to fulfil the contract. I made 1 $50 payment. When I signed the contract I was under the influence of alcohol which they provided and they also told me that if I didn't pay nothing would happen. I now have a letter from a collection agency stating I owe $20,000. I don't know where to go from here. Please point me in the right direction.
