My husband & I purchased a Marriott timeshare in July. He later lost his job & we are no longer able to afford this. We have been trying to get in contact w/ Marriott for 4 months, and finally yesterday he spoke to a woman who said they cannot resale our timeshare until all the timeshares in that resort have been sold. When we bought this we were told this particular resort was sold out & that it was a resale, so we were blatantly lied to. Do we have any legal recourse for this misrepresentation?
