My husband Erick Hawkins have written yall. He wanted to. know that he suppose to be on a 649 not a 1099 cause he complete 9years and 8months of that 10 years sentence under percent which 4 months to do on that sentence. He is back in jail at Angola state penitentiary in Louisiana he was in mississippi for 1year time . serve and Louisiana came got him February 2013. And Louisiana of department of correction have him doing 28 months on a 1099 he. suppose to be on a 649. Then he also had 2years 6months and21days under 649 which was a old parole sentence but Louisiana department of correction have him doing 28 months on a 1099. He needs to get that fixed and see about. What can yall do so he can. Come home he said if he get that 649he will come. Before may 23 of 20014 that's. His knew release date please respond to me are him cause he wrote to ARP2 weeks ago he waiting for a respond from yall
