Threats And Proof

Well, I posted about the whole desk situation, which is taken care of...thank God. This woman "advised" me to get a restraining order against her. She is MOSTLY all talk, but she has glued locks and stolen a cell phone from my husband, she has contacted his command (he is a Marine) and she never stops. Number one, it wasn't enough of a threat to get a restraining order and I don't think I need one and number two, she has NO access to the inside of my house unless she breaks in. I don't want to have to watch my every step but I do have kids inside the home and my husband is gone a lot. I am not a fearful person,but when it comes to crazy people, you never know. What do you think??

Sorry. If she were to pull any stunt and I KNOW it was her but I don't have proof, is there anything I can do. What happens if she threatens me again? Just the basics
