is it legal for a company to that you use a credit to pay a bill to take out money without your permission charging you for equipment and cancelation without contacting you with the amount owed. Direct Tv took out 638 dollars from my checking account after they shut me off the last bill i received said I owed 238 is this legal they didnt call or anything
