The cop pulled me over and gave me an Exceeding ticket: Exceeding 35 mph in a 35 mph zone he said its different from a speeding ticket I would like to know if its gonna affect my insurance cost because I really wasn't going that fast plus i asked him how fast was i going he didn't know since he didn't have a radar gun with him I would thank anyone that can answer this I live in NC.

If he doesn't know how fast you were going then it sounds like a ticket you should fight in court.
