My mother has a claim going through the courts, please see attached 4 parts, it's taken several years to get this far and we are being told that it is soon to come to an end.

Has anybody come across this type of claim, as I am told it is very common, and would anybody be able to advise if there is a probability of success?

Any comments would be welcome.

James

I doubt it has happened to very many here, as this board is mainly concerned with US law. I would suggest taking the documentation to a local solicitor or barrister.

I'm sure the claimants have counsel - might discuss with them.
