Test Drive Collision

I was in the process of selling my vehicle and a potential buyer, while test driving my vehicle, was in an accident and totaled the vehicle. He was at fault for making an unprotected left turn and my insurance was claimed for all damages and injuries and I had to pay my $500 deductible to receive payment for my vehicle. Can I sue the driver for my $500 deductible?
