termination or modification

Daugter is 19yrs in 3 mths, she has a 9mth old child, dropped out of high school 2years ago, recently moved out of her mothers house into her boyfriends home, and I believe she is employed.
Can I file for termination of child support? I am in arrears, and I understand I will have to pay for those until they are up to date. I do have a new job after being on workmans comp for 6mths, and my income is drastically reduced, can I file for modification. Child is also on state assistance even though I pay for support including money for medical ins.

Also, what kind of documentation or proof do I have to prove her living and supporting herself? Her mother will NOT be honest, as she lives off of the support and does NOT work. This is the only child from this marriage.

What are terms of you support order? Most say when support stops your should too.

What state are you in? You can certainly ask to drop the support buy you'll still owe arrears. The fact she has a baby does not matter but the fact she no longer lives at home might.
