My girlfriends mannager physically pushed her while he was upset and she felt threatened and endangered. Afterthe altercation he sent herhome early. Then later in the night they called and terminated her. What legal action could be made to the store for it?

She could report the battery she claims she suffered at they hands of her manager to the police.
I'm sure the manager and his crew will claim he was acting in self defense.

Agree that she could have reported the physical "battery" to the police. We don't know what reason was given for her termination/why she was terminated. There might be more to the story than we know or what your girl friend told you. I don't see any legal action against the store based on what is posted.
