I work for Walmart and I come into work never had no complaints or anything about my works always good things and then one day they decided to fire me and said it was for my productivity but I never got a warning about it or anything and I was still in my 90 days could they really do that me without a warning or anything

While it would be nice if employers always provided warnings ahead of firings, the fact of the matter is that warnings are not required by law in any state.

Totally legal, especially in your first 90 days. That is when employers expect an employee to be on their best behavior.

Agree with other responders. An employee can be terminated without warning at any time unless he/she has a CBA or other binding employment contract to the contrary. Sorry.
