i allowed my ex step mother to care for my girls, and gave temp gardianship for school dr, ect, she will not give them back to me, or let me visit or see them at christmas, birthdays,or any other holidays she has recently had a stroke, and i have not seen talked or been able to visit my kids she is keeping them from me i wannt my girls back! she is turning them against me. i only gave temp gard. becuz she said it was for their good. but i know now it was to keep them from me how do i get my children back?? please help. i need my kids and they need me!

You need a lawyer and any potential remedy lies in a courtroom.

What EXACTLY did you sign, a notarized letter?

Or, did she take the matter to a courtroom and a judge signed an order?

I suggest you seek REAL legal advice in your county.
