i am living with my boyfriend and we have shared expenses. in those expenses every month i pay part of the taxes,water,insurance on the house and heat. by paying part of the taxes would i be entitle to any part of the house if it is sold. i am not an owner of the home. he and his sister is.

If you are not an owner of the home then you would not be entitled to any of the proceeds. I'm not sure why you would think so. Paying for the requirements to live there is your voluntary act and some of it might be necessary, e.g. water and heat. If you don't think you should pay for the taxes than perhaps you should speak up!
