Tax Auction & Liens

I researched a couple properties being put in a county tax auction and they have other liens from a mortgage and hospital lien. If I purchase the property, the county quit claims the deed to me, but do I become responsible for the other liens on the property?

Yes; the liens will need to be paid off before you have good title.
