I started a non profit orgazation with someone else's 501(c)3, with his permission until I could transfer it over to my name completely. After my son was killed on his motorcycle, I wanted to do something for the young people in the community I and he lived in. I was getting grieving counselling by a man with whom I trusted at the time because I was not able to put it all together because of my grief. He agreed to have it under his non profit status with what I wanted until I could put it in my name. He and his wife has refused since it started to give me any paperwork on where the money(I donated) was spent and on who. They have taken all the money for themselves except for the reimbursements of money used for fund raisers to me and refusing to give me back the money that is left in to me.
