Takata Air Bag Recall

Hawaii just announced a lawsuit against Takata air bag makers for their faulty air bags which caused burns and even death. Some of these air bags shot out shrapnel at impact causing tremendous injuries.

My question is...How long do you think before this case even sees a day in court. this is fairly new and i can't imagine how long it would be to hear it.

Is it premature to prospect for clients of this case type?

The Takata airbag ordeal has been public for about 18 months now from recollection. You're reacting at least 17 months too late.
