I have a question about a bankrupy I filed in 1990's and it was supposed to be paid and the people who were handling it never paid them. I didn't know it until they starting calling me 7 years later saying that they never were paid. I have proof of it beening in the bankrupy.
Now the loan is so much that there is know way I can make the payments they are asking for.
Now they say they can come after my social security. That is my main question if they can do that.
All of this is not my falt. When I was working I wanted to pay it back and now they is no way I can.
