Corporate Law Switching from a corporation to an LLC

My father organized his company as a corporation and now wishes to switch it to a Limited Liability Company. It is an RV park which sells lots to owners in Arizona. Could you help get me started switching or is it a rather simple transfer?

To begin, why would you want to change the corporate entity? Secondly, this process varies from state to state. You can usually obtain information from the state comptroller's office, but be aware that typically the cost to change a corporate entity is greater than simply creating a new LLC/corporation. Unless there is a good reason, you may be best just starting a new corporation/LLC.
