Summary judgement on a credit card debt

I lost a summary judgement in which I am told to pay back the money to the creditor however this account is WAY past the statute of limitations. Is there anything I can do? How do I appeal and what if anything can I appeal?

I guess the attorney's office got my number and called me and they have been harrassing me every since. I think the judge didn't study all the facts. I went through a credit counselor who told me not to ever talk to them but I did once then they wouldn't leave me alone.
