How hard would it be for a resident manager to sue a tenant for slander? Mine is threatening to do so to a former tenant and we can only conclude it's due to a letter she wrote to the owners of the property (who are also the property management company). If you complain and voice your opinions on how you feel the resident manager is doing a bad job, would you need current tenants to back you up? The resident manager is not going to lose his job, so financially he isn't hurt.
