Criminal Cases, In order for family to testify on your behalf does your Attorney have to Subpoena them first, If not Subpoena, not able to testify. Thanks....

It might depend on state law. But, no subpoena means they do not HAVE to testify. The attorney can usually call witnesses who have not been subpoenaed, but there is no penalty for failing to show if they are not.
