I have been subleasing a room out of my three bedroom house my roommate dog was tearing up the house so I have evicted him yet he is left items like a TV a sofa excetera and has not come to get it what is the criteria for the amount of time that until it becomes mine and he owes me money for damages and if he doesn't give me money do I have to give him his things

If you evicted him, it was during that eviction proceeding you should have claimed damages.
You can probably sue him in small claims court, but why bother?
The dude rents rooms.
He likely doesn't have much money, and you can't draw BLOOD from a rock.
