Sub tenant paid the rent, but defaulted on all other bills

I legally sublet my room to an exchange student from France. The property management has processed this sublease. While she has paid the rent to my roommates, she defaulted on the monthly utilities. We have the proof of communication on email and messages, where she has accepted that she owes us. But now she left to France and does not respond to any of our messages.

Is there anything I can do about this? The least I want is for this to be on record against her.

You'll spend more than she owes trying to get it "on record."

Next time get a security deposit or make the rent high enough to cover utilities.

Yeah, I did. I have no hopes of getting the money back. But I was hoping there could be a way I could register a complaint against her somewhere.

Even if you could, it wouldn't do her any harm. Ergo, no satisfaction, so don't bother.
