A recent check of my credit showed an old problem had popped back up. A few years ago my roommate started stealing my rent and thus an eviction process was started. It ended up that the Eviction Complaint was dismissed. But I have a collections agency telling me that even though it was dismissed, I still have to pay two months back rent. Please help!
