There was a class action that occured 2007-2008 which brought ruling in 2009. After yrs of trying to manage with the stress of my financial dealing for reasons why action was taken against this ( i will leave defense name out) I happen to be browsing the web when I found out that a class action settlemment was granted to the students who attending this particular college. I had not been aware that this had occured. I no longer reside at former residence so I was probabaly given notice to appear. but unfortunately I did not make the response date finding that all claims to be submitted in 2008.
Now its 2012 is there any statutes that can help in my favor, so that I could be added to this settlement.
