How long are the statute of limitations in TN against government body? Does this include violation of US constitutional amendments of 4th, 5th and 8th and libel (their action caused damage to our business)?

The bigger question is what makes you think that you can sue the governmental body? You need to read the Tennessee Governmental Tort Liability Act. Tennessee government agencies have pretty broad sovereign immunity especially when it comes to anything that's discretionary on their part.

They never had a warrant to steal our property despite ample time to do (court records will show). My husband was arrested a week after their "seizure". The bond was set at $25g for animal cruelty case. The fines for housing our cattle was $44g but the cattle sold for $22g. Our audio and visual evidence can prove the detective lied several times (again, use the evidence against what he said on the stand...we had to fight to show that we were not abusers. In the end they dropped all charges if we agreed to give up the sales of the cattle). We know for a fact they habitually do this to Farmers. Judge is now on record scolding him for violating our rights.

Excuse me. Take a deep breath and try to explain it calmly as if you were not one of the parties involved. If you can't do that, you need to employ an attorney who can calmly and dispassionately look at the details and see if there is any claim.
