My sister was in an accident with injuries the end of October 2004. There was a ticket issued the very end of December.
1)I seem to have read that there was a law in PA requiring a ticket to be issued within 30 days. Is this true? And if so, is the ticket valid?
2) I have also read that a new law was passed - effective January 2005 that extends this deadline to a year. If the ticket is invalid in (1) above, is this new law retroactive to accidents in 2004?
