Did Alfred Plea bargain for 2 years probation but judge gave 6 years probation for 5 misdemeanor in 1999. Served 1 1/2 year of probation. Probation officer was going to pull probation because wouldn't admit guilt. Judge agreed with probation officer despite Alfred plea. Probation officer gave 6 months to admit guilt - instead of going to jail (was advised that would be killed in jail) fled jurisdiction.
Can anyone tell statute of limitations for misdemeanors and failure to appear warrants? Can't afford any more legal fees.
