I had a traffic ticket that I defended in Brookline, MA. During the trial, the judge admitted that I successfully showed that the radar operation by the officer was questionable and there's doubt in its proper use. (I showed empty logs of device operation, failure to calibrate, etc). Still the judge said that it wasn't enough to dismiss the ticket. This was less than 2 years ago.

A friend told me that I should have appealed this decision. Can I still do this or is too late?

Thanks!!
