If I want to file a claim against a business partner that is guilty of mailicious intent, misrepresentation, coercion and extortion can the claim be filed altogether or does each accusation need to be addressed as a separate claim? What is the statute of limitations for all of the above?

I suggest you discuss this with a lawyer.

The time in which you have to file these civil actions depends on whether they arose out of a contract breach, tortious conduct, or were violations of your partnership agreement.

Most partnership agreements prohibit suing other partners (or at least limit what you can bring suit for) and often force these issues to arbitration.

Some of your allegations are criminal in nature.

If they are crimes, (ie, extortion); that is another matter. Those actions are brought by the prosecutor based upon a police complaint.
