I'm working in a company right now. My boss is not thankful about what I am doing for him. All the time he is complaining, however I made about $5 million contracts while he was abroad and the benefit will be at least $800 thousands. So, I want to start my business because I have enough experience and connections. The license we have for this company is about highways and highway construction but we do commercial renovation (Don't ask me how, we do based on my boss advice). If I start a business with a Commercial Renovation license, can he sue me for using the contacts? I made the contacts myself and they know me because of the quality of work.
Do you have any suggestions about how to start the company? In construction, contacts are limited, so how can I work if I start a company without using the contacts I have?
