Other Immigration Law starting an investigation

I am currently divorcing a German national with resident alien status.My first ,her second. I have reason to believe that she come to the states on a tourist visa with all intentions of getting married in order to stay and work in the states.While this is vengeful,I am wondering who I can contact or what I can do to start an investigation into her status? Forms and/or contact numbers would be helpful.
