I have a friend who was recently involved in an auto accident. It was not his fault, but he was without a valid license or insurance. The police came, but didn't issue him any citations. Now he is wondering if he should submit the sr-1 (accident report) to the DMV. By doing so, is this going to catch up with him later, resulting in citations?
