I got divorced in the US, I got the divorce decree by default because my ex wife decided to ignore the proceedings that I started in the US. She resides in Switzerland with our son,we had a hearing in Switzerland regarding custody & parenting time, the judge made a temporary ruling regarding custody and visitation and the final ruling will be the next year. I have been recently informed by my ex that she is unemployed and she wants spousal maintance. My question is in Swiss law in a proceeding for custody your ex-wife can request to the judge spousal mantaince?
