I was written a speeding ticket for 38 in a 25. The posted speed limit is 40 mph except during school hours, when it is 25.
I was written a ticket for 38, but the officer did not check the box for 'school zone'. I requested a court date, but am wondering if it's worth the trip or if I should just go ahead and pay the ticket.
