Can anyone help me with this:
I was on the way to work and was driving 70mph in the 60mph zone. I was talking with my brother and were in the carpool lane. I was going from Lynnwood, WA to Seattle, WA. I got the ticket when going down the hill. If anyone familiar with the area, it is just around the curve and is right about the exit 177. The police who gave me a ticket is from Issaquah, WA. I look online and if I go to court it will take me 35 minutes to drive so make me think this guy is from a different city. Is there a way to fight for this ticket? It was a light traffic day (usually very heavy), and I wasn't hurry just talking and didn't pay attention. The ticket is $93 but I have a clean record.. Thank you.
