some background first I guess 
Me and my husband got marrid 2.5 years ago and we havw a 2 month old baby and we live in FLORIDA.
After our marige we started working on my immagration status (Im the immegrant- enterd on visitor visa, my husband is a citizen), things went fine we got our I-130 approved, and went for the interview.
In the interview my husband got arrested since he had a warrent for his arrest because of an old domestic violnce case (I know about it) from a diffrent state, he was relise and we where told we have to resolve the issuie, we got 6 month extention.
we where unable to resolve the issuie by our second interview date, and my application was denied.
Now my husband is resolving his legal issuie
here are my question:
*If put on probation will my husband still be able to be my sponser and pettioner.
*Can we countine the procese in adiffrent state
