I sold xanax to a friend of mine who was suffering from high anxiety and had no insurance. Couple of months later I get informants at my door stating they have proof of both transactions. They offered me a deal to be an informant but I declined. The xanax belongs to me, I have a Rx for them. I got a attorney and a month has gone by and the informants keep cancelling the meetings. I have a clean record. I never did this for inent to sale but to help a friend. I know that doesnt matter...wondering what could happen to me

Yeah, but selling a controlled substance to somebody who doesn't have a prescription for it is illegal.
