Consumer Fraud Smoking room problems

Booked a smoking room in Florida and we got there we were told its a non smoking hotel now. My reservations clearly show I booked a smoking room and the paperwork said my reservation was guaranteed by the hotel. So I had to checkout the next day to find another hotel that allows smoking, do I have any legal grounds here since they didn't live up to their guarantee? And they didn't notify me to let me know they changed their smoking policy clearly seeing I booked a smoking room at the time they were still a smoking and non smoking hotel.
