About a year ago I had a verbal agreemet with an engineering company to review my house plan and make nessesary corrections. He ageed to do it for $2500 within two week from the day we talked. Two montns later he still having some work to do (2/3 of what we discused). I refused to pay him and did not use his calculations or corrections, he did mistakes too. He set a court against me and asking full amount of $2500 now. What can I do against him? I have a written story, comlaint and answer to it that I have to serve not later than March 21, 2012. Please help.
