I`m a 24 year old male living in Houston, Texas. I was diagnosed with Scizophrenia a few years ago. I have always had trouble saving money, so one day I let my sister( who is mentally stable ) hold on to my money which was $2,300. At the time, I wasn`t as mentally stable as I am right now. I have recently discovered my sister was spending the money without my permission, and still is. I have asked her for the money and she said she didn`t have it and would pay me back when she can. She is working and is capable of paying me back. I was wondering if I would have a case against her.
