(We have no way of knowing that)

2.what type of fine they are going to send him
(Its called Civil Demand learn more here Civil Recovery )

3. If he will pay dat will it be ok like he does not hav any criminal record
(You get a criminal record by being convicted in court. If he pays Civil Deman dits unlikely they will follow up with criminal complaint)

4.what will he fill now in visa stamping for.
"Have you ever arrested or convicted "
(He needs to discuss this with a Lawyer)

2.we r suppose to go our country with in 3 months will it be a issue in visa stamping or port of entry
(It could be issue returning to states)

He was already caught. It's likely that the store is reserving the option of getting the police involved if he doesn't pay the civil demand.

2.what type of fine they are going to send him

From what I've been reading about shoplifting it could be anywhere between $100 and $300.

Whatever it is, he needs to just pay it.

3. If he will pay dat will it be ok like he does not hav any criminal record

I'll answer all three of those this way: As long as the incident wasn't reported to the authorities, he has no problem.

In New Jersey the civil demand is generally no more than $150.00 if the value of the merchandise stolen isn't over $500.00.
