I was caught shoplifting in Frys electronics in bay area almost 2 years ago ($100 DVD). I am about to finish my probation in March 2005. I have few questions:
1. Can I get my probation reduced right away?. Will the judge force me to go thro' the whole probation period?. I have to look for a job now and I think the record will not be able to get me a job.
2. Can I get reduction of probation by 3 months and expungement of case thereof?
3. How long does the whole process take (reduction in probation+Expungement)?
I am eager to get an answer as I am ready to get a new job as my company is going thro' the downsizing.
