Severance Agreement - payment

Hello,

A severance agreement was written by an attorney requested by the corporation.

The employee clearly expressed terms of payment in meeting and throughout that payment needed to be issued on net amount.

This of course was not written into agreement in detail by the attorney and of course the employee has little effect in changing written agreement.

I contest the payment amount received, primarily because the amount is overtaxed when issued in lump sum rather than in 4 payments as a salary check would normally be; which is what I expressed from the beginning.

Yeah, good luck with that.
You were given an offer.
You accept it, or risk losing it by counter offering.

You signed the agreement & accepted payment - too late to do anything now.
