State of Arizona. Auto accident clearly not my fault. What paper work must I sign to get the other insurance company to send a settlement check to my lien holder. I have already signed a paper for authorization for payment giving them permission to send the check to the lien holder and for the lien holder to release the title to the insurance company. They want me to sign a notorized statement giving them power of attorney, and a notorized bill of sale.
