can someone PLEASE help me. my house was in foreclosure, i hired a company to sell it before the auction was done. they had tols me that the auction was held. guess what... they did nothing. now my family and i are going to be kicked out of our home......... WHAT CAN I DO, CAN I SUE THEM?

Yes, you can sue them. Probably easiest in small claims court. Send them a demand letter for your money back first using a certifiable method, e.g. US Post Office. Good luck.
